Brooke, originally hailing from Long Island, New York started out her professional career after college with the management of a fashionable Boutique on the East Coast of Florida, where she achieved remarkable success for over 8 years. In 1980, Brooke made a move to Houston, Texas and dedicated the next 12 years to the specialized insurance industry, establishing her own agency.
With a solid background in sales, Brooke has been a trailblazing figure in the real estate sector on Sanibel Island for an impressive 27 years. She is driven by the dynamic challenges of the market and maintains an unwavering commitment to delivering results. Brooke is known for her honesty and reliability, and her clients not only remain her clients, but also become lifelong friends. Her profound affection for the island, which she has called home for the past 30 years, drives her passion to assist others in realizing their dreams of residing in this idyllic paradise!
Recognized as a designated Sanibel & Captiva Island Specialist, Brooke is an active member of the Sanibel & Captiva Islands Association of Realtors, the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association, National Association of Realtors and Florida’s Association Of Realtors.
Beyond her real estate career, Brooke’s dedication to her community shines through her involvement as a founding member of the Sanibel Community Chorus. She also is a staunch supporter of Special Equestrians, Horses and Handicapped. Her latest endeavor is the Co-chairman for the “Matchmaker” event, sponsored by Kingfisher Real Estate, to provide adoptions for homeless pets from Hurricane Ian. Animals have always held a special place in Brooke’s life. Brooke takes immense pride in both living and working on the beautiful Isle of Sanibel.
